Compu-Food Analysis, Inc. was established in 1991 when the FDA implemented mandatory nutrition fact labeling for food products. Our family background has been in food manufacturing as far back as 1906. We determined it would be of benefit for ourselves as well as others to help food manufactures by having our guidance in providing accurate nutrition analyses, food labeling, and experienced support. Since our family has had many years experience in food production, we can appreciate the benefit of knowing how the ingredients used to create their products and the contribution those ingredients have towards creating a final nutrition fact label. We provide guidance with product development and are able to inform you how your current formulas are impacting each nutrient.
